My struggle with weight loss hasn’t been easy. I’ve had times when I hit rock bottom and didn’t know what else to try. I was really depressed to say the least. I couldn’t understand how I wasn’t losing any weight. I would eat healthy, go to the gym everyday, yet the weight would just not come off.
