My Journey with Fat Loss 4 Idiots
My struggle with weight loss hasn’t been easy. I’ve had times when I hit rock bottom and didn’t know what else to try. I was really depressed to say the least. I couldn’t understand how I wasn’t losing any weight. I would eat healthy, go to the gym everyday, yet the weight would just not come off. I started trying different diets such as low carb diets, the grapefruit diet and Jenny Craig. None of them worked and I believe this was because I didn’t like the food I was forced to eat.
I stumbled across Fat Loss 4 Idiots a few months ago and decided it was worth it to try. I was excited at the thought of being able to eat the foods that I wanted, instead of being forced to eat foods I hated. After inputting my food choices into the software, it generated 44 meals for me (4 meals a day for 11 days). To me this was great, because it took all the guesswork out of figuring out what to eat each day, and I knew the diet I was going to be eating for the next 11 days were all about calorie shifting, that is, changing the types of calories I was consuming in order to speed up my metabolism and burn off fat.
Honestly, at first, I didn’t like the fat loss 4 idiots diet. It took me a few days to get used to it. Even though I was required to eat 4 meals a day on the diet, I still felt hungry all the time and found myself wanting to eat more. Don’t give in. Stick to the diet and believe me, you will see results. In the first 11 day cycle of the diet, I lost 6 lbs, which was actually pretty great for me but it definitely wasn’t my ideal weight loss goal. The beauty of this diet is that you can re-use the software as many times as you want. After the 11 day cycle, I did it again, and lost 7 lbs the next cycle. I continued this cycle until I lost the amount of weight I wanted.
Here is my advice to you: Stick with the diet, don’t give up. You will see results. Calorie shifting does work, and it works wonders.

- No exercise plans are included with the diet software
It is up to you to exercise on a regular basis. Exercise combined with healthy eating will allow you to reach your weight loss goals.
